Terms of Use

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Remove Object. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account and to keep that information updated.

Remove Object provides AI visual cleanup tools for images and documents. These tools may help remove unwanted objects, text, people, logos, date stamps, backgrounds, handwriting, document shadows, stains, folds, noise, blur, moire patterns, JPEG artifacts, and other visual defects.

The service may also include upload handling, processing queues, previews, downloads, account history, and related workflow features.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

• You retain ownership of images, documents, prompts, masks, selections, instructions, and other content you upload or submit.
• You grant Remove Object a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, modify, process, and create outputs from your content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
• You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal authority needed to upload, process, edit, and use your content and outputs.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, sharing, storing, or relying on them.

You agree to use Remove Object lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service in a way that harms others, violates rights, or interferes with service operation.

• Do not upload or process unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not use the service to violate privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, or any applicable law.
• Do not create false evidence, forged documents, misleading records, impersonation materials, or deceptive media intended to commit fraud or mislead others.
• Do not remove marks, text, logos, watermarks, or other visual elements from content when doing so would violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, infrastructure, systems, or user data.
• Do not bypass rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, or technical protections.

AI visual cleanup results may be imperfect, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. Outputs can contain artifacts, missed areas, changed details, or unintended edits.

You are responsible for checking outputs carefully before relying on them. Remove Object is not a substitute for professional review in legal, regulatory, medical, evidentiary, insurance, identity verification, compliance, archival, or other high-risk contexts.

Remove Object may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, security, infrastructure, communications, and AI processing. Your use of those components may be subject to additional third-party terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Remove Object, including the website, software, interface, workflows, design, branding, and related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Remove Object if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the service, or if continued operation is no longer practical. You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

Remove Object is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remove Object and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, content, or use.

This limitation applies to claims arising out of or related to your use of the service, inability to use the service, uploaded content, processed outputs, reliance on outputs, errors, delays, deletions, security incidents, third-party services, or any other matter relating to Remove Object.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Remove Object and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, providers, and licensors from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your outputs, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Remove Object will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you access Remove Object from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available in every location.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Remove Object after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
